We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation
* Helping to create a positive and focused learning environment
* Providing pastoral and academic support to pupils with varying needs
* Working closely with staff to track progress and celebrate achievements
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (in schools or youth-based settings)
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in education

This role includes 12.07% statutory holiday pay and is offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
