Job Description
3. Engage, support the appointment of, manage, and coordinate the design team
4. Ensure design & technical information is produced to meet programme and quality
5. Management of all statutory enquiries (e.g. utilities connections)
6. Oversee NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
7. Attend subcontractor interviews and support appointment via technical review
8. Issue drawings as required for construction
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Technical Coordinator should have:
9. A strong educational background in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
10. Proven experience in technical coordination within the residential development/construction sector
11. Excellent communication with a proven ability to manage design teams to programme, cost, and quality
12. A high level of problem solving skills
You must have the right to work in the UK and will be comfortable working full time on site in West / North West London.
