Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse "wins the day" across safety, quality, service, cost and team engagement. This role is ideal for an individual with strong warehouse leadership experience gained externally, who understands the pressures of material picking, stock movement and despatch, and who can help elevate warehouse performance, inventory accuracy and operational standards. You will provide visible frontline leadership, support Tier 2 daily meetings, and drive continuous improvement-particularly around stock accuracy, workflows and establishing standard work.
