Job Summary
Lead site acquisition, franchise growth, and marketing strategies to expand business opportunities locally and overseas for a Japanese F&B brand in Singapore.
Responsibilities
* Lead site acquisition and manage outlet development projects to expand the brand footprint
* Drive franchise development by identifying and securing new franchise partners
* Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets
* Communicate effectively in English, Japanese, and Chinese to liaise with diverse stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements and partnerships to support business growth and franchise expansion
Required competencies and certifications
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or business development
* Proven experience in site acquisition and/or franchise development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Strong marketing knowledge with demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
