Logistics AdministratorEye, SuffolkPay is dependent on experience 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to FridayTemporary to permanent opportunity We are currently seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. Duties include:
* Providing general administrative support to the office and transport teams
* Responding to customer and transport-related enquiries via phone and email professionally
* Processing and tracking orders accurately using internal systems
* Coordinating transport schedules, route planning, and shipment tracking
* Liaising with couriers, haulage companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics
* Maintaining and updating delivery and collection records using Excel
* Ensuring accurate documentation and organised filing of transport records
* Resolving delivery issues in collaboration with relevant departments
What we're looking for:Ideally, you'll bring a mix of the following skills and experience:
* Strong administrative skills with experience in transport or logistics
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* A confident and friendly approach to customer service
* Some knowledge of transport/logistics (preferred)
