One of Ireland’s largest financialpanies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service official at Northern Ireland.
Your new role
You will be tasked in greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs. Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required. Handling basic queries andplaints – directing to senior staff as required. Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs.
1. Customer Service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of same
