What You Will Do Leadership & Service Management Assist the Team Manager in overseeing the statutory social work service for children with disabilities and their families. Manage the specialist social work duty service, ensuring referrals meet eligibility criteria and families are directed to appropriate services. Efficiently allocate casework and statutory assessments, ensuring compliance with nationally agreed timescales. Maintain high service standards, promoting equal access to community life and safeguarding the well-being of disabled children. Collaboration & Strategic Development Collaborate with managers from children's and adult services, working towards integrated and strategic service development. Conduct assessments and provide services in alignment with Council policies, performance targets, and professional standards.
