Technical Essentials
* Qualifications: Minimum QCF Level 3 in Utility Mapping and Surveying. CSCS card is mandatory; NRSWA (Street Works) and RICS (AssocRICS/MRICS) status are highly advantageous.
* Site Expertise: Proven track record of a minimum of two years delivering utility surveying work on-site, managing projects independently, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Data Processing: Proficient in processing survey data and producing high-accuracy deliverables/drawings.
* Software Proficiency: Strong CAD capability is essential. Experience with BricsCAD, AutoCAD, or Revit for BIM integration is required.
* Equipment: Competency with GPR, Radio Detection (EML), and GPS/Total Station (Leica P-Series/Cyclone preferred).
