About the role:
We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Administrator to join our team. This role is a key part of our client services function and is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for clients accessing our services. This role is the first point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional and person-centred support across phone, email, in-person and written enquiries.
You will play an important role in onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and ensuring client information is current and compliant with organisational and legislative requirements.
Working closely with the Client Engagement Officer and Service Coordinators, you will also contribute to administrative processes, reporting and data quality to support high-quality service delivery.
Hourly rate - $35.16 per hour - Three days per week (Flexible with regard to specific days) – Based in the Guildford Office
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails and client enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
* Provide first point of contact support and assist clients with general enquiries
* Onboard new clients into the CRM system ensuring accurate data entry
* Guide clients through the onboarding process and explain available services
* Update and maintain accurate client records and service data
* Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate team members when required
* Support administrative processes to ensure compliance with aged care and disability sector requirements
* Assist with service data reporting and analysis
* Receive client payments and assist with financial enquiries where appropriate
* Support volunteers assisting with administrative tasks
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a busy environment. You will bring:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Experience working with CRM systems and data entry
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Experience in aged care or other community services (highly desirable)
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (or equivalent experience)
* National Criminal History Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
