Sous Chef – High-Performing Venue in Rufford, Ormskirk Location: Rufford, Ormskirk Job Type: Full Time | 5 Days Over 7 | 40 hours plus overtime Salary: from £32,000 - £34,000 tips & Benefits Our client is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their busy, high-performing venue in Rufford, Ormskirk. Known for its warm hospitality and quality food, this venue is due for an exciting refurbishment in the coming months. About the Role: You will support the Head Chef in delivering a menu that celebrates British pub classics alongside seasonal and seafood specials, all made using fresh, high-quality ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, lead a dedicated kitchen team, and contribute to a thriving venue’s continued success.
