Job Description
I'm currently working with a high-quality, independent building consultancy that is opening an office in Liverpool and is looking to appoint an Associate Director-level Building Surveyor. They are also open to speaking with strong Senior Building Surveyors who are keen to progress into an Associate / Associate Director role over the next few years.
This is a senior opportunity for someone who values autonomy, variety and influence - with scope to grow alongside the business rather than sit within a rigid hierarchy.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
1. Delivering and overseeing a range of professional and project-based surveying instructions
2. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
3. Playing a senior role within the Liverpool-based team following the relocation
