The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality support to our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to student needs.

Requirements
* A valid UK driving licence is essential.
* Experience supporting students with SEN is preferred.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
