RESPONSIBILITIES: You will: Abilitytohandleandassemblesmall,intricatecomponentswithprecisionand consistency. Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoproducinghigh-qualitywork Manualdexterityandsteadyhandskillsforworkingwithdelicateorfinely engineered parts. Tobecomfortablefollowingdetailedassemblyinstructionsandestablished procedures. Tobeorganisedandhaveamethodicalapproachtowork,ensuringaccuracy at every stage. Tocompleteworkefficientlytomeetdailyandweeklyschedulesanddelivery deadlines. Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingeffectivelyaspartofateam. ToensureallworkiscompletedwithincustomerandISO/AS9100 requirement. To be adaptable and willing to support across different areas of work when required. Requirements: Excellentatbothverbalandwrittencommunication,withgreatinterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Abletolistento,andunderstand,workandgeneralinstructions. Handsonflexibleattitude. Experience in aerospace/defence environment is desirable. However, if you have not direct aerospace experience full training will be provided.
