A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Hereford Area!
With no day ever being the same the Warehouse Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing in and outbound stock and WIP
* Ensuring stock accuracy after a production run
* Dealing with discrepancies and putting the root cause right
* Managing a team of warehouse staff - 1to1s, appraisals, disciplinaries
* Oversee goods-in processes, stock audits, and stock reconciliation
* Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience of managing a warehouse in a manufacturing environment, ensuring sufficient stock management to supply production plans
* Managing in and outbound stock and WIP
* Proven success in managing and improving stock accuracy.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (WinMan preferred).
