Key Requirements
* Confident managing client accounts and growing your client base through effective business development.
* Hospitality, staffing and events experience - we need someone whois willing to get stuck in both in the office and in a hospitality setting.
* You must have a calm and professional manner even when the going gets tough (and it will). Every day will be different and you will be required to work in the office and meeting clients at the weekends - we need a self-starter who is not afraid to get stuck in.

The Senior Stadia & Events Staffing Manager must be flexible and fired up about both admin and operations in the office and then meeting and greeting clients onsite at the weekends! You'll have attention to detail in abundance, and multitasking is your ONLY method. You dont have to be an expert as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sensemustmake up for what you don't already have in experience!
You mustbe a driver sothatyou can get out and about to events. You will be required to work 40 hours per weekon a rota basis including some weekends and on call shifts.
