Senior Sales Negotiator – Peterborough Basic Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience, plus commission) On-Target Earnings: £40,000 – £45,000 (uncapped) Location: Peterborough Career Progression: Clear pathway to Valuer and future Management Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and ambitious estate agency in Peterborough. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a proven track record in residential sales, including winning instructions, who is now looking to progress into a Valuer role and beyond into management. While full valuation experience is not essential, a strong desire and capability to develop into this area is critical. You will be joining a high-performing environment with a strong focus on results, customer service, and long-term career development. Role Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors to generate repeat business and referrals Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process Undertake valuations and win new instructions, with support and training where required Manage sales progression through to completion, ensuring a high level of customer service Contribute to growing market share and driving branch profitability Work closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to maximise cross-selling opportunities Collaborate with the Lettings team to identify and convert additional business opportunities Support overall team performance and contribute to a results-driven office culture Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency sales Demonstrable success in winning instructions and generating business Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness Target-driven with a consistent track record of achieving results Professional, personable, and confident in dealing with clients Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and presentation skills Full UK driving licence Career Progression This position offers a clear and structured progression path into a Valuer role, with long-term opportunities to move into senior and management positions within the business.
