Overview
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the delivery, tracking and monitoring of distance programme offers, Education and Early years workplace assessments and other additional qualifications across cohorts of students and apprenticeships in the area.
* Give appropriate support to enable students/apprentices to achieve their academic and vocational targets.
* Assisting students/apprentices in their progression to either Higher Education or employment.
* Prepare all necessary materials to carry out the observations, training and assessment.
* Professional experience in the occupational areas required (Education or Early Years).
* Working knowledge of the Education and Early Years sector assessment and methodology.
* Educated to a minimum Level 3 qualification in a related Education or Early Years discipline.
* Assessors Awards: TAQA, A award or D32 / 33. If you do not hold this award, you will need to commit to achieving it within 12 months.
