Store Manager - Central London, up to £ 43,000 + bonus
We are seeking a commercially driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a high-footfall retail store. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, maintaining high visual standards, and building a strong, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Customer Experience
* Drive sales through effective execution of promotions and in-store events
* Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalations professionally
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and risks
* Use data insights to improve commercial outcomes
Operations & Visual Standards
* Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
* Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock control and replenishment
* Support seasonal changes and operational initiatives
* Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
* Manage rotas in line with trading needs and budgets
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Reporting & Compliance
* Report on sales, staffing, and operational performance
* Ensure adherence to security, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures
* Maintain accurate records and operational compliance

Compensation
