The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Handling guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Processing reservations, payments, and billing accurately
Providing information about the hotel, spa, golf, and local area
Resolving guest queries professionally and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
Working closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and confident manner
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends
Passion for delivering excellent guest service
