Established BEER brand in Buckinghamshire offers up to GBP 45,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
We are an established beer brand with over 10 years in the industry, known for high quality product, regular NPD launches and placements in well‑known venues.
The role requires a self‑sufficient individual capable of driving new business growth across Buckinghamshire. The manager will lead the on‑trade presence, manage P&L and territory, and promote our liquid range.

Responsibilities
* New business development and maintenance across Buckinghamshire.
* Executing activities to support UK‑wide leased and managed customers.
* Deliver brand education and training to suppliers, retailers and consumers.
* Qualitative selection and development of accounts.
* Identify effective sponsorship and promotion opportunities.
* Provide feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in sales and business development.
* Network of contacts within the drinks industry.
* Fantastic attitude and proactive, self‑starting ability with a thirst for progression.
* Extensive experience winning new business in the on‑trade sector.
* Previous beer or brewing industry experience highly desirable.
* Results focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Positive, proactive and resilient mindset.
