?? Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
Plan, coordinate, and guide maintenance work, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Work confidently when required, demonstrating sound decision-making and troubleshooting ability.
Lead or support equipment upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects .
Drive improvements to reduce downtime and improve reliability .
Perform dynamic risk assessments and uphold safe working practices.
Keep CMMS records, maintenance logs, and shift reports up to date.
Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with management on maintenance planning, technical issues, and spare parts inventory.
?? What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 / Level 2 or time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience working independently and guiding others in maintenance or engineering environments.
Strong understanding of planned maintenance systems and fault diagnosis .
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, safety-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure.
