Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: English and maths grade A* - C GCSE or equivalent. Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement. Minimum of 2 years' recent experience of working in an office/administration customer service environment and delivering against service standards. Experience of processing complex data to agreed quality and productivity measures. A working knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act. High accuracy and attention to detail when inputting high volumes of data to IT systems. Good IT skills and willingness to learn new IT systems. Good verbal communication skills. To be able to deal professionally with colleagues, services users, and external partners. To follow complex guidance relevant to the role. To build good relationships with service users.
