We are seeking a dedicated Children's Community Support Workers to join our team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing support and care to children within the community.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Accompany children to various day-to-day activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
* Provide personal care to children as needed.
* Support children’s emotional and social development, encouraging positive interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, routines, and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within the UK.
* Excellent understanding of the needs and care requirements of children.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
