An inclusive and caring secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a reflective and thoughtful RE ECT to join its Humanities faculty from January 2026.
The Role
You will teach RE across KS3 and KS4, delivering a curriculum focused on ethics, philosophy and world religions. Lessons encourage discussion, respectful debate and critical thinking, with clear guidance on how to structure and manage classroom dialogue.
The department is experienced in supporting new teachers and offers strong modelling, shared planning and clear assessment frameworks.
