What You'll Do:
* Optimize internal material flow to ensure seamless delivery to production lines
* Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
* Design and implement Mizusumashi (water spider) systems for JIT efficiency
* Analyze logistics processes and drive cost, quality, and throughput improvements
* Monitor and optimize inventory levels and material availability
* Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams
* Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process enhancements
* Support and mentor teams on best practices in logistics and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in internal logistics / manufacturing operations
* Strong background in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience implementing Mizusumashi systems (highly preferred)
* Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory tools, and data analysis
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment
