We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at Land Rover Aberystwyth. The ideal candidate would have experience within the motor industry; however, we are keen to hear from individuals who have a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm.
Position: Service Advisor Land Rover
Full time: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Saturday Rota: 8.30am to 12.30pm : on a rota basis paid as overtime
Position pays: £28,300 basic salary plus performance related bonus
Location: Aberystwyth

Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fantastic experience for all our service and vehicle repair customers.
A large part of what a Service Advisor Position involves is:
1. Creating and managing customer workshop bookings
2. Preparation for customer visit
3. Communicate workshop advise to customer, ensuring customer is able to understand and make an informed decision to additional work identified and required.
4. Competent in ability to use digital tools in a paperless work environment
5. Deliver on customer first and modern luxury principles
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes such as costing, digital job card, filing and recording of all customer communications.
