The role
You'll be driving packaging optimisation and innovation across a wide range of chilled and frozen products.
Right now, the focus is clear: reduce packaging, improve efficiency, and cut costs across the supply chain — from factory to shelf.
* Leading packaging reduction and cost-saving projects
* Improving efficiency across formats, packing and logistics
* Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
* Managing your own projects end-to-end
* Supporting a constant flow of product launches and changes
What they're looking for
* Packaging experience within FMCG
* Comfortable working across different materials and formats
* Someone who can manage projects without being micromanaged
* Organised, resilient, and able to deal with a fast‑paced environment
If you need structure and a big team around you, this won't suit.
If you like autonomy and getting things done, it will.
