Accounts Assistant – Aston, Birmingham – Free Parking
A growing business based in Aston, Birmingham is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in a standalone Accounts Assistant role.
This Accounts Assistant role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on within finance and is confident managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently. The business offers a supportive environment and genuine opportunity for the Accounts Assistant to grow organically with the company over time.
The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and finance records are maintained.
Ideally you will;
* Have experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar transactional finance role
* Be confident working in a standalone Accounts Assistant role
* Have experience with intercompany invoicing for both sales & purchases
* Be comfortable completing bank reconciliations
* Have experience producing basic finance reports or great excel skills including Pivot Tables and V Look UPs
* Have strong organisational skills and attention to details
