Key Responsibilities:
As a Post Completion Administrator, you'll be dealing with submissions to land registry. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression on all external stakeholders.
Duties will include the following:-
1. Assist departments throughout the firm with Land Registry Registration and post completion requirements.
2. Corresponding with the Land Registry by edrs, Land Registry portal, phone, post and email
3. Liaising with other firms of solicitors, management companies and mortgage lenders by phone and email.
