Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader.
* Lead senior‑level (“Top‑to‑Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long‑term agreements.
* Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict.
* Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions.
* Manage working capital performance, including accounts receivable, forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation.
* Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives and continuous profitability improvements.

* Sustaining margin performance amid volatile commodity pricing and foreign exchange movements.
* Coordinating complex multi‑site, cross‑regional operations without direct reporting authority.
* Navigating and resolving cross‑division commercial conflicts.

What We Want From You
Education
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* MBA preferred.
Experience
* 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
* Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue).
* Experience managing multi‑regional customer or business structures.
* Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred.
