Your new role
As part of a dedicated and professional Multi Academy Trust team, you will have the chance to develop and showcase your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or advance their career within the educationernance sector. We require a strong administrator and clerk to the board on a part-time basis (15 hours over 3 days a week) on an interim basis until July 2025.
1. Prepare and distribute all agendas and documentation for all board meetings
2. Upload papers and maintain information for theernor Hub
3. Send calendar invites for meetings and monitor attendance
4. Support the Trust board Chair and members with any administration needs - papers, log ins, presentations etc.
5. Book meeting rooms, set up the events and arrange hospitality when required.
6. Produce and print meeting packs.
What you'll need to succeed
7. The ability to support two evening meetings during this role.
8. Solid experience of working in an administrative setting
9. Previous experience within the education sector is ideal but not essential
10. Experience of working with learning and digital networking platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Moodle etc.
11. Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
12. Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Teams, Forms and Outlook.
13. Able to address sensitive matters in a caring manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
