Behaviour Mentor The Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
Build positive relationships that promote engagement, attendance, and progress
Support students in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
Deliver intervention sessions and mentoring support throughout the school day
Confidently cover lessons when required, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies to support student outcomes
Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For
The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have experience working with young people who present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, or additional barriers to learning.
