Post & Office Services Assistant – Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £26,000
Location: Oxford (on-site)
Contract: Fixed Term until 30 January 2026
Hours: 40 per week

What you'll be doing
• Collecting internal post and parcels from departments across the site
• Delivering mail between buildings using the company post room van
• Supporting ad-hoc posting requirements
• Assisting with printing and document requests
• Being a reliable, friendly point of contact for staff across the business
What you'll need
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and manage your time well
• A friendly, customer-focused approach
• Good IT skills, ideally using Google Workspace
• Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude
