Job Summary
Our recruitment and selection experts are brilliant at understanding and unpicking the talents of our applicants and matching them to the complex requirements of the employer's recruitment needs and the expectations of any given industry. This role is to further expand the services provided by the team to better support our existing and completed students into employer led opportunities.
At the end of every academic year, around 2,000 students complete their studies with us and need support into their next steps. The vision is for Recruit, the internal recruitment agency, to work with local employers to create an innovative way to fill local vacancies.
This role, one of a senior nature, is to help build the recruitment agency and to help sustain it so that we continue to support students and local employers for many years to come.
We measure our success using the data surrounding vacancies filled and the satisfaction of our stakeholders. This role will be the escalation point for any concerns within the recruitment service, working closely with the Assistant Director of Future Ready to ensure all concerns are resolved swiftly to the satisfaction of all involved.
