Job Description
1. Lead and drive all operations and engineering departments to align with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Provide leadership and support to the Operations Leader and other direct reports, focusing on optimizing manufacturing performance, improving supply chain processes, and boosting revenue growth.
3. Supervise the Engineering Leader and engineering team, encouraging innovation, process enhancements, and development of new products.
4. Work closely with executive leadership to design and execute company-wide strategies and initiatives
5. Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for both operations and engineering to drive accountability and ongoing improvements.
6. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, increased productivity, and cost reduction within production and engineering activities.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry requirements.
8. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and key stakeholders by offering insights, recommendations, and leadership on major projects and capital expenditures.
