Working with a growing local business, Forrest Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their client on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a part-time position at present, with the potential to build into full-time over the next few years and offer them a stable and exciting career.
Joining this small, yet highly successful business, this new position will see you report to the MD and be responsible for:
1. Monitoring and updating customer price lists
2. Raising purchase orders on their internal systems
3. Liaising with suppliers, planning and placing stock orders
4. Updating stock schedules to ensure orders can be fulfilled
5. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
6. Supporting with day to day office administration
