- You’ll work closely with a dedicated HR Business Partner, becoming a trusted expert in the Adults Social Care & Health Partnerships team.
- You’ll empower managers and colleagues with inclusive, people‑first advice that helps them thrive.
- You’ll collaborate across the wider HR team to deliver impactful solutions that support Salford’s residents.
- You’ll champion continuous improvement and equip leaders with the tools to lead the Salford Way.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background in HR casework
- Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping Managers shape and deliver their people plans.
- Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
- Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
- Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
