 
        Head of Marketing Our client is a family-owned business, trading for over 30 years they are a leading manufacturer and distributor of windows and door hardware. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive digital growth. In this role, you will oversee all marketing activity across social media, e-commerce, Amazon, and paid media, making sure every campaign builds brand awareness and increases sales. You will also introduce and manage the use of AI tools to improve market research, audience targeting, content creation, campaign performance, and data analysis. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm based in Hinxton, Cambridgeshire. Package: Company pension scheme Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) Opportunity to earn two discretionary bonuses annually, based on company profit 25 days holiday bank holidays Head Of Marketing - Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team to deliver high-impact results. Manage budgets effectively, optimising spends across all channels. Oversee social media strategy, online advertising (Google Ads, paid social), and SEO. Manage website optimisation, UX improvements, and conversion-rate enhancement. Drive Amazon marketing - listings, PPC campaigns, and performance tracking. Use AI tools to enhance market research, customer segmentation, and campaign personalisation. Apply machine-learning insights for predictive analytics and trend identification. Automate repetitive marketing workflows using AI platforms. Monitor all marketing KPIs using analytics platforms and report performance to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and content creation.
