Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established manufacturing company in their search for a Shunter Driver to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.
For the successful Shunter Driver, our client is offering:
* £29,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday 13:30pm-22:00pm
* Permanent position
* 40 hour week contract
* Salary review every April
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Ability to buy more holidays
* Friendly working enviroment
* Free on site parking
* Company will cover cost of refreshed CPC in future
The Role - Shunter Driver :
* Route planning (using computer- based program)
* Loading wagons and vans
* Moving stock
* Head of loading
* Shunting wagons to second warehouse, also in Shrewsbury
* General warehousing
* Support in other departments
What our client is looking for in a Shunter Driver :
* Previous experience loading vehicles- ESSENTIAL
* Computer based experience- ESSENTIAL
* Experience as a warehouse operative ESSENTIAL
* Driving licence, class 2 licence and transport- ESSENTIAL
