About the Role
We are seeking a part-timeQuality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) Manager to support our UK and Ireland operations. This role has become available as our current QEHS Manager is retiring, creating an exciting opportunity to step into a position of responsibility and impact.
In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, andenvironmental compliance, maintain ISO9001:2015 certification, and provide guidance and support to our teams.
Your KeyTasks & Responsibilities
* Act as the official H&S Officer for all UK & Ireland sites.
* Maintain ISO9001:2015 certification and perform QA audits.
* Review and update risk assessments and safety policies.
* Oversee premisessafety, security, and maintenance.
* Advise management and staff on H&S legislationand best practices.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
* Coordinate first aidprovisionsand training for staff.
* Support HR on occupational health and employee wellbeing initiatives.
* Assist with customer approvals, pre-qualification questionnaires, and compliance documentation.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
* Proactive, trustworthy, flexible, and calmunderpressure.
* A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and manage part-timeresponsibilitieseffectively.
Qualifications & Experience
* NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
* ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
* Construction DM qualification is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and QA accreditations.
* Experience in industrial or technical environments preferred.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
