Leadership role with whole-school impact
The role involves strategic oversight of SEND provision across KS3 and KS4, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, external agencies, and families to ensure high-quality support for pupils with additional needs. You will be responsible for leading EHCP processes, coordinating interventions, and promoting inclusive teaching and learning across the school.
Experience and Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete within the required timeframe)
* Proven experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary setting
* Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory requirements
* Ability to lead, advise, and collaborate effectively across the school
