We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Training & QA Manager to lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and quality assurance programmes.
Salary: 55k + Exceptional bens
Location: Hybrid, office in central London 3 days PW

As Training & QA Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a specialist team focused on training design, delivery, and quality assurance
Design and implement engaging, impactful learning programmes that drive performance
Embed robust QA frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Partner with senior stakeholders to align learning strategy with business objectives
Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development
This role is based in London, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office, collaborating closely with stakeholders and your team.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in a Training, Learning & Development and QA leadership role
Experience managing and developing small, specialist teams
A strong track record of designing and delivering engaging training programmes
Experience building or enhancing QA frameworks and standards
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
