As a member of the Planning and Capital Development Management Team, the post holder will be required to: Lead and manage a high quality service to the Council in support of the corporate plan and strategic work plans. Lead, manage and deliver the Capital Programme for the Council including the management of a small team of staff. Operate in a dynamic and changing environment, recommending creative solutions for projects on the programme, managing risks and challenges, as well as leading on professional innovative in capital project and programme delivery.
