SUMMARY: Parallel 37 is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, execution, and growth initiatives across the Australian beverage alcohol industry. This role is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia and requires regular travel to key markets such as Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute national brand plans across the beverage alcohol portfolio. Manage annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and activation plans for on-premise and off-premise channels. Oversee digital strategy, including social media, website content, and digital advertising. Lead consumer-focused marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Coordinate with sales teams to deliver integrated programming aligned to commercial objectives. Build and manage relationships with agencies, distributors, suppliers, and trade partners. Manage event activations, sponsorships, sampling programs, and experiential marketing. Oversee creative development for packaging, POS, merchandising, and promotional materials. Track marketing performance, analyze data, and report on ROI for all initiatives. Ensure compliance with Australian alcohol advertising guidelines, including ABAC and relevant state regulations. Manage marketing budgets, invoicing, timelines, and project workflows. Conduct market, category, and competitor analysis to guide strategic recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in marketing within the beverage alcohol industry in Australia. Strong understanding of trade channels, retail environments, brand building, and consumer trends. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to travel frequently and manage priorities across multiple markets. Current driver’s license is required.
