The Opportunity
Join a world-leading manufacturer of linear motion systems and automation components. Renowned for high-quality, precision-engineered products and strong innovation, we are seeking a motivated CNC Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate with production and engineering teams to streamline assembly processes, produce SOPs, WIs, and create Build Manuals for existing and new product ranges.
Necessary Skills / Experience / Qualifications
* LEAN Manufacturing
* 6 Sigma Green Belt or other statistical process control
* Practical 8D Problem Solving Principles
* Analytical skills
* Basic IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Teams
* Ability to create instructional/technical documentation
* Practical experience of manufacturing processes
* Project management experience
* Understanding of LEAN manufacturing techniques
* Ability to read technical drawings
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement Build Manuals, SOPs, WIs
* Monitor and review processes
* Implement LEAN Improvements
* Communicate project progress
* Attend operational meetings to understand live issues
* Collaborate with Engineers and Manufacturing Team to deliver solutions
