They'll be opening 6-12 months apart and homes 4 and 5 and beyond will follow. This project is a division of a charitable trust owned £230m+ turnover construction business. The plan includes three new builds with openings 6-12 months apart and a progression plan for additional homes.
Responsibilities
* Lead residential care home commissioning management for new build projects
* Help develop and apply pre-existing corporate standard support structures to a best in class care business
* Collaborate on the project across Lancashire and the broader North West of England
* Engage with the leadership team on the ground floor alongside one other care industry expert
* Support the rollout of assistive technology and facilities across the sites
* Coordinate with the charitable trust division of a £230m+ turnover construction business
Qualifications
* Experience in residential care home commissioning management
* Experience with newbuild residential care home commissioning management is preferred
* If you have completed several newbuild commissioning projects, you are encouraged to apply
Remuneration & Opportunities
Starting salary in the region of £70k, negotiable. Exceptional career progression potential given the leadership groundfloor responsibility and the scope of the project.
