About the Mortgage Advisor Role
You’ll be advising residential clients across the UK, guiding them through the mortgage process with clarity, confidence, and care.
You’ll be advising and building relationships, with all leads provided through the brokerages extensive network of introducers.
* Provide tailored residential mortgage advice to customers
* Build lasting client relationships
* Manage the full application process with administrative support
* Stay up to date with mortgage products, lender criteria, and industry trends
* Ensure compliance and deliver an outstanding client experience every step of the way
* Work towards individual and team performance targets
The Mortgage Advisor Package
* Basic Salary up to £35,000
* Realistic OTE of £75,000+
* All leads provided
* Full administrative support

* Office-based in Southampton
Mortgage Advisor Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 12 months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Broker
* Solid understanding of UK residential mortgage products and processes
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, proactive and driven, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
* A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment
