Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of strategic nursery chain accounts, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with nursery group head offices, regional managers and procurement teams as well as individual nursery settings, using insight‑led, consultative selling to grow share of wallet and deepen long‑term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage, retain and grow high‑value nursery chain accounts.
2. Develop and deliver account growth plans, including upsell and cross‑sell activity.
3. Identify and convert new business at nursery group and head‑office level.
4. Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
5. Lead the onboarding and mobilisation of new nursery chain customers.
6. Be our brand ambassador, representing Findel & Hope at Early Years events and exhibitions.
7. Use CRM and performance data to drive activity, opportunity management and results.
8. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a results‑driven sales professional who enjoys autonomy, accountability and customer engagement. Ideally, you’ll bring:

9. Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally within Early Years (highly desirable), education or relevant B2B sector experience.
10. A strong track record of account growth and new business conversion.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
12. CRM mastery, commercial insight, and the ability to influence at all levels.
13. Results-driven with a growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for making a difference.
14. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout England for customer engagement.
