Job Vacancy: Health & Social Care Associate Assessor Location: Remote ( NI) Job Type: Casual Hours: As required Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Health & Social Care Associate Assessor to join our team and assess NVQ qualifications for candidates across Northern Ireland. Predominately Belfast. ROLE OVERVIEW As an Associate Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing learners' progress and performance in their NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care. This is a flexible and dynamic role, offering remote working with competitive hourly rates. You will play a key role in supporting learners in achieving their qualification goals through timely and constructive assessments. Conduct assessments of NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care (up to Level 3). Provide detailed feedback to learners on their performance and progress. Support learners in identifying areas for improvement and development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments. Ensure assessments are conducted in line with regulatory standards and awarding body requirements. Offer support and guidance to learners throughout their qualification journey. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and quality assurance. ABOUT US: Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations. Possession of an Assessor Award (e.g., A1, D32/D33, or equivalent). Knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector and relevant qualifications. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback to learners. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A commitment to delivering high-quality assessments and learner support. Access to a suitable remote working setup (internet, computer, etc.).
