Job Description
Position: Sous chef
Hours : 40 hours / week, working 5 days out of 7. Evening and weekend working will be required.
Location: Rydal Penhros
Rate of Pay: Salary on experience
Requirements:
* Manual Driving license
* The ability to work between various sites.
* Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
